General:

• I have the right to decline any commission orders

• Provide clear reference images and less text. High recommend using moodboard or more visual images or even ms paint drawn on how u want it to look like

• Don't hesitate to ask me if youre unsure about the character design you want to draw is acceptable

• Price will change if the design is detailed

• I can do nudity however given that its a vtuber, I will censore them if needed

• This is digital purchase, no physical item will be shipped

• Highly recommended to add me in discord for faster updates of your commission

• I will give updates of your work or you can always message me for your progress but pls dont message me after a week or two you did the payment. Unless my queue is empty

 

Payments and Refunds

• I will start once the upfront payment has been made

• I accept PAYPAL invoice only!

• Payment plans are negotiable. Usually 1-3 weeks but you can message me if the payment will be delayed any further

• Do not issue chargeback. You can cancel commission if I take 5 months or too long without any progress or updates

• If the invoice hasnt been paid for over a week, commission will be cancelled unless theres an agreement in regards of the delay

• Additional charge ( rush fee, edits, etc) will be upheld and respected by both parties

• Refunds are only situational: If I havent started it or no contact/progress at all

 

Uses and Credits

• Do not claim full credit to the artwork’s creation even if you owned the artwork

• Im allowed to promote myself with the artwork on any other places/website

• Im allowed to post the artwork but will give credit of the owner of the character

• As the client, you can use the artwork in any way you want as long as its personal use only

• As the client, you can repost the artwork but give credit to the artist

• As the client, you are allowed to claim the right of the character but not the art

• You are not allowed to produce the artwork commercially 

• Do not remove my watermark/signature

• Pls no NFTs. I dont wish for it to redistribute my art in such a manner
